How do I place an order?

It's very simple. Browse through our catalog, choose the story that you want your child to be featured in then fill out the order form containing all the information we need to create an adventure hero identical to your child (name, favorite color, hair and eye color etc.). Next, follow the payment and delivery instructions to order your book. (Additional charges apply for items delivered by flying broomstick) )

What is the best way to place my order?

You may order and purchase your book on this website. You may also send your order, along with a check or money order, by mail by filling out the PDF Order Form and clicking here. We no longer take orders by phone after one of our witches transformed all our phones into dried flower bouquets. She insisted that it was much prettier this way.

Are online purchases safe?

Absolutely! We use Paypal for all our transactions. Paypal is a tested system that has proven to be extremely reliable over the years. (We also have a select team of dragons that have been assigned to identify all infringement attempts and roast all violators).

Payment Methods

Payments are made safely and easily with PayPal. We also accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), money orders and personal checks (US and Canada only).

We are sure you that you will thouroughly enjoy your book but if for some reason this is not the case, send us your book back within 45 days of your order and we will refund your purchase (this does not include shipping charges).

Will my child truly be able to identify with the main character?

By answering the questions on the Personalization Form, you are not only providing us with your child's physical characteristics but also with the names of 1 or 2 family members whom your child would like to encounter in his/her book. All this information will help your child identify with a number of elements from the "real" world in his/her fantasy adventure. (And after reading, it will add a little bit of fantasy to his/her real world)

Which information will be used to help the child identify him/herself as the story's main character?

First of all, the child's first name will be used along with the first name(s) of one or two adults (or friend(s)) and their relation to your child. Secondly, his/her favorite color of clothes will be used along with physical traits like eye, hair and skin color, hair type and length and type of glasses (if worn). With a selection of 9 favorite colors, 56 different haircuts, 5 shades of skin and more, everything is interchangeable, thus giving you plenty of reasons to describe to us your child!

What if I want only one adult in the story?

It's easy! All you have to do is leave the section for the second adult blank and the story will be created as requested with only one adult.

I have 2 children. Is it possible to put both children in the same story?

Our stories were created for only one main character. Adding another main character would be too demanding for our ogres' meager memories. They are dear to us but maybe with time…

For which age groups are your books created?

Age groups are always flexible, however, our stories can be narrowed down to 2 main groups; one from 4 to 10 years old and the other from 7 to 11 years old. Nevertheless, we are convinced that many years from now, your child will take great pleasure in reading over his childhood adventures.

In how many languages are your stories written?

All of our books are available in French and English and will soon be available in other languages. What language would you like to read it in? Contact us.

What is the normal delivery period?

In most cases, it takes up to 4 weeks for home delivery. There was a time when the world was more magical than it is today. Dragons delivered our books within 2 (business) days after they were ordered. Their delivery service stopped running ever since the incident with Canicule, a young and over-enthusiastic female dragon who injured herself (torn wing, nothing serious) by getting caught on magic human wires that were transporting electricity.

Can I order outside of Canada?

Of course! However, you must calculate higher shipping charges (due to longer distance) and exchange rate fees.

How do I order?

First, look at our catalog. There, you will find a list of all of our books accompanied by a short description for each story. Select the book you would like to order by clicking on its image. Then, follow instructions (Personalization Form, delivery address and payment method) and you're done!

  • NOTE – If you are paying by credit card, please make sure that the billing address is identical to the one found in your credit card company files.

Are you experiencing problems with your order?

  • Verify the billing address. It must be identical to the one found in your credit card company files.
  • Restart your computer (the ogre that runs it has been known to fall asleep on the job)
  • Try on your friend's computer (his/her ogre could very well be awake)
  • Order by mail with a money order (US and Canada only)

Return Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with your personalized book but if you must return it, we will refund your money if your return is made within 45 days of the order date. We ask you to please indicate the reason for return.
